Here are a few "tools" you can use to help you along the way.
Hidden Carb Calculations - A page describing how to discover if any of the foods you are eating contain hidden carbs!
Body Mass Index Calculator - This page allows you to imput your hight and weight, which will then give you your approximate body mass index (BMI).
Body Fat Test - This page gives you an idea of what your body fat is. Just keep in mind that it's an estimate. To be more accurate you would need to spend money on a fat caliper test or hydrostatic water tank test. Since many of us don't have access to these, or the money to use them, this site works in a pinch.
USDA National Nutritional Database - A good place to find the nutritional info on almost any food.
