Amy's French Silk Pie

Servings: 8
Serving Ideas: May garnish with nuts of choice. (ie: I use and almond crust and add a few shaved almonds to the top.)

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 package sugar free Instant Chocolate Pudding - Jell-O Brand
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee, decaffeinated
  • 1 teaspoon sugar free vanilla syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sugar free chocolate syrup

1. In small bowl, mix vanilla sugar free syrup (Like Davinci's brand) in with instant coffee crystals and let sit.

2. Pour heavy whipping cream in large bowl. With mixer add in chocolate sugar free syrup, coffee mixture, and about 1/2 the package of instant pudding. Mix until smooth.

3. Pour into LC pie crust of choice and refrigerate until well chilled. (I use an almond nut crust in Dana Carpender's 500 Low Carb Recipes.)
